Property Partners ("the app," "we," "us") is provided by CCC's Services for our property-management clients to submit work requests, request quotes, track job status, and message our team. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the app
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request maintenance work for the property or company you register. Accounts are for the property manager, owner, or staff member responsible for that property.
Your account
- Provide accurate information, including the property or company you are with.
- Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- New accounts are connected to a property. If the property you enter already exists, our team confirms the connection by hand before your account is linked.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on this service. When you submit descriptions, photos, or messages, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes anyone's rights or privacy.
You also agree not to impersonate anyone, upload photos of people without their consent, or use the messaging feature for spam or solicitation.
We review every report within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or permanently removed from the service without notice.
Reporting and blocking
Every message in the app can be reported directly from the message using the Report action. You may also block another party from a conversation, which stops further messages from reaching you. Reports go to our team and are acted on within 24 hours.

Content you submit
You keep ownership of the descriptions, photos, and messages you submit. You grant us permission to use that content solely to review, schedule, quote, and complete the work you request, and to keep a record of the job.
Work, quotes, and payment
- Submitting a request or quote request does not create a binding agreement until our team accepts and schedules the work.
- Quotes are provided separately; jobs over $3,000 require a 40% deposit before work begins.
- No payments are collected in the app. Invoicing and payment are handled separately, outside of Property Partners.
- Dates shown in the app are targets and may change; we will tell you in the app when they do.
Service availability
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the zero-tolerance policy above. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
