Property Partners ("we," "us") is an app for our property-services clients to submit work requests, request quotes, track job status, and message our team. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, property address, billing email, and (optionally) a phone number you provide at sign-up or on your account page.
- Work content — the requests, quote requests, descriptions, property/unit details, and photos you submit, plus messages you send our team.
- Device push token — if you enable notifications, a token used only to deliver alerts about your jobs.
- Standard technical data — basic log and connection information (such as IP address) handled by our hosting provider to operate the service securely.
How we use it
- To run the service — receive and schedule your work, send you status updates, and let you and our team communicate.
- To send notifications you ask for about your jobs.
- To keep the service secure and working correctly.
We use your information only to provide the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, on secured cloud infrastructure, protected by access controls so that clients only see their own properties' work.
Sharing
We don't share your personal information with third parties except the service providers that operate the app on our behalf (hosting and push-notification delivery), or where required by law.
Your choices & data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account inside the app, which removes your login. You may also contact us and we'll delete your account and associated personal information. Records needed for our business (such as completed-job history) may be retained with your personal identifiers removed.
Children
Property Partners is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
